The learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondent nos.1 to 5 to obtain instructions as regards the time within which steps would be taken to re-execute the order passed under Section 14 of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002. This is for the reason that though the said order was initially executed on 12th January 2024, the respondent nos.6 and 7 have re-entered the possession due to which the petitioner has filed a fresh complaint on 15th January 2024.
