The learned Assistant Government Pleader has tendered copy of communication dated 21/06/2024 issued by the Nayab Tahsildar wherein it has been stated that since the initial order passed by the Collector had been executed, the same cannot be re-executed.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has referred to the order passed in Writ Petition No.120501 of 2024 to submit that such course is permissible. Time is granted to the learned Assistant Government Pleader to go through the aforesaid decision and direct the respondents to take further steps. 3.
