The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent nos.1 to 4 to obtain instructions as regards steps to be taken for restoring possession of the secured asset in view of the fact that though the order passed under Section 14 of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act 2002 dated 15/02/2019 was executed on 13/10/2022, the respondent nos.5 and 6 re-entered into possession. The grievance in that regard has been made by the petitioner on 13/03/2024 by lodging a report. 2.
