In the light of the statements made in the petition and documents filed therewith, we do find substance in the contention of the petitioner that Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 have willfully disobeyed the orders passed by this Court on 27th June 2025 and 30th July 2025, in Writ Petition No. 12323 of 2024, by continuing to obstruct the petitioner from taking physical possession of the subject property. 3.

Issue show cause notice to Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 as to why contempt proceedings should not be initiated against them for their Sweety
