Learned counsel for the petitioners, at the out-set, submits that the writ petition on behalf of petitioner no.1 may be dismissed as withdrawn.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn qua petitioner no.1, however, the writ petition will be continued on behalf of petitioner no.2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has also stated that the tender in question has been awarded vide an order dated 30th August, 2024. Accordingly, he seeks liberty to challenge the same by way of seeking amendment in the writ petition.
