The grievance raised by the petitioner is that the objection raised by the petitioner to Mutation Entry No.1596 on 29th July 2024 has not been adjudicated in the manner required by Section 150(2) and (3) of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966. This is evident from the communication dated 30th July 2024 issued by the Talathi. 2.

Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 11th October 2024. The learned Assistant Government Pleader waives notice for respondent nos.1 to 5. The respondent no.6 be served through all permissible modes. 3.
