The petitioner claims the regularization of the encroachment made on his Gairan Land. He claims that similarly situated encroachments were regularized by the Resolution of 1991. He had applied to the Tahasildar for regularization of the encroachment. However the Tahasildar, by the impugned order dated 11.03.2024 taking the recourse of latest Government Resolution dated 12.07.2011, has rejected his claim.
