Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to argue Exhibit-32 before the Family Court. He submits that Exhibit-32 is filed for setting aside no cross order and the application at Exhibit-32 is still pending. In view of the statement made on behalf of the petitioner that Exhibit-32 is filed for setting aside no cross order and the application is still pending, the petitioner is granted liberty to withdraw the petition with the liberty to argue Exhibit-32 in the Family Court.
