The grievance of the petitioner is non-consideration of his representation dated 24th April 2023 that has been made to various Authorities under the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960. One such representation has been made to the District Deputy Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Thane with a grievance with regard to the affairs of the respondent no.7-Co-operative Housing Society. 2.

The learned counsel appearing for respondent no.7-Society disputes the eligibility of the petitioner to make such grievance on the ground that the petitioner is not a member of the Co-operative Housing Society. 1/2 Digitally signed by SNEHA ABHAY DIXIT Date:

Considering the fact that the petitioner's grievance with the District Deputy Registrar is pending since 24th April 2023, the following directions would serve ends of justice :- (a) The petitioner to serve copy of the writ petition on the learned counsel for the respondent no.7-Co-operative Housing Society.

(b) The petitioner as well as representative of the respondent no.7-Co-operative Housing Society shall appear before the District Deputy Registrar on 11th December 2024 with all relevant documents.

(c) The District Deputy Registrar shall consider the said representation in accordance with law after granting an opportunity to the representative of the Society. (d) Any of the parties aggrieved by the outcome of such exercise are free to take appropriate legal steps. (e) All contentions of the parties are kept open. 4.
