In view of the fact that the Securitisation Application preferred by the petitioners is pending with the Debts Recovery Tribunal - I and charge of the said Tribunal is presently with the learned Presiding Officer, Debts Recovery Tribunal - III, it is observed that if a request is made by the petitioners for expeditious consideration of prayer for interim relief, the said proceedings shall be taken up. 2.

In view of availability of the alternate Tribunal, the Writ Petition is not entertained.

Keeping all points raised on merits open, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
