The petitioner seeks expeditious consideration of the prayer for interim relief in the revision application that has been preferred by him under Section 257 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966. The aforesaid revision application has been filed before the State Government.

Since the petitioner seeks interim relief in view of the order dated 10/06/2024 passed by the Divisional Commissioner, it is directed that the respondent no.6 shall consider the petitioner's stay application on its own merit and take a decision thereon after hearing all the contesting parties within a period of three weeks of receiving copy of this order. The learned Assistant Government Pleader to obtain instructions as regards the time within which the revision application would be finally decided. 1/2
