Pursuant to the order dated 5th September 2024, the learned Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that as per the office order dated 3rd October 2024, the Revision Application preferred by the petitioner has now been assigned to the Principal Secretary and Special Officer (Appeal and Revision) by the Hon'ble Minister for Union. She further submits that within a period of four months, the proceedings filed by the petitioner would be decided finally. 2.

There is no indication in the aforesaid communication as regards the adjudication of the stay application preferred by the petitioner. In that view of the matter, it is directed that the petitioner's stay application be decided within a period of three weeks of receiving this order by the Digitally signed by SNEHA ABHAY DIXIT Date:

Principal Secretary and Special Officer (Appeal and Revision). The same be decided on its own merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the concerned respondents. The Revision Application shall be finally decided within a period of four months, as indicated in the communication dated 3rd October 2024.

With aforesaid directions, the writ petition is disposed of. All points on merits are kept open.
