The reasons why the petition was listed today is because Petitioner has raised a very serious grievance yesterday, when matter was called, that the concerned officer is sitting on the file thereby blocking release of 104X20' containers.

Today, Ms. Yadav states concerned officer Mr. Narender Kumar, Appraiser, JNCH is present in Court and undertakes that within one hour from now the release of containers will begin. 3.

Ms. Yadav states reply shall be filed and copy served by 18th September 2024. Petitioner may deal with the additional affidavit as well.

Registry to take on file the additional affidavit being filed by Petitioner.

Stand over to 23rd September 2024.
