The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the proceedings under Section 14 of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (for short, 'Act of 2002') were fixed on 12th November 2024, the same have not been finally decided. The next date now given is 3rd January 2025.

In the light of the fact that the application under Section 14 of the Act of 2002 is pending since 14th July 2023, the same is required to be decided in accordance with the time frame stipulated under Section 14 (3) of the Act of 2002. Hence, list under the caption "For Directions" on 7th January 2025. 3.
