The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that, by passing impugned order the Divisional Joint Registrar has entertained a Revision against an Audit Report. It is his submission that, Audit Report is not an order, to file any Revision against the same. Having regard to this fact, arguable case is made out by the Petitioner.
