Respondent Nos.1 and 2 are directed to file reply affidavit as also place on record the land acquisition award. Respondent Nos.3 to 6 are private parties, who claim to have purchased part of the land which is subject matter of acquisition, in the year 2010 under a registered Sale Deed. It is the case of the petitioners that the land acquisition compensation of Rs.52 Crores has also been disbursed in favour of respondent Nos.3 to 6.
