Learned counsel for the Petitioner points out that the order impugned is challenged on the different grounds including the ground of bar of limitation and absence of contract insurance between the parties. On instructions, he makes statement that the Petitioner is ready to deposit the amount involved in the impugned order before the State Commission within a period of Shantanu Dhudum 1/2
