Date : December 4, 2025 ORDER :
1.
After the matter was argued for some time, it is apparent that a complex web of facts is involved. The Petitioner claims to be a lessee from the original owner of the land on which the Society has constructed its building. He seeks to rely upon multiple documents to demonstrate his interest. His grievances, which are addressed to the Society, by a letter dated August 8, 2022 were examined by the Competent Authority, but he was not called by the Competent Authority.

26-WP-12511-2024.doc 2.
Be that as it may, since, multifarious facts are involved in the matter, the Petitioner ought to agitate his grievances in an appropriate forum as advised, and it would not be possible to adjudicate and hold trial of facts in these writ proceedings. Since interlocutory arrangements are already been in place since July 2, 2025, the same is extended for a further period of six weeks from today, within which, the Petitioner may take appropriate action in whichever forum.
3.
It is explicitly clarified that nothing in the continuation of this arrangement is an expression of an opinion of this Court on the merits or the strength of the contentions of the Petitioner. It is purely a pro tem arrangement to enable the parties to take further steps in an appropriate forum. Any request for interlocutory relief should be heard by the relevant forum purely on merits uninfluenced by the extension of the interim arrangement granted hereby.
4.
Finally disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
5.
All actions required to be taken pursuant to this order, shall be taken upon receipt of a downloaded copy as available on this Court's website.
