The petition is filed for a claim of the Petitioners for appointments. However, we do not find that the Petitioners have made any application/representation for appointment which has been rejected or not decided to constitute the cause of action. 2.

The learned counsel for the Petitioners states that the Petitioners will apply/represent to the Respondent seeking the benefits within a period of 4 weeks.

If such an application is made, then the concerned Respondent will communicate the outcome to the Petitioners with reasons. The Sneha Chavan
