It is clarified that petition in respect of the challenge to the impugned order stands disposed of. At the outset, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to amend the Writ Petition to the extent of deletion of statement in paragraph No. 2(f) to 2(f) i.e. "The said Respondents in the said Application have not disclosed about filing of an application U/s. 143 of the said code". It is his submission that permission be given to delete the said statement.
