The learned Advocate for the Petitioners submits that the deficiencies, if any, would be removed within 30 days. 4.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off. The Petitioner shall cure the deficiencies within 30 days. Thereafter, the concerned authority would decide the proposal within 15 days and communicate the decision of the Petitioners, expeditiously.
