Learned counsel for the petitioner has made grievance with regard to the order passed by the Divisional Joint Registrar of permitting the inspection of the record pursuant to the order passed by the Deputy Registrar in exercise of powers under Section 89A of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act 1960. 3.
It is in response thereto, learned counsel for the contesting respondent has brought to the notice of this Court, the order passed by the Divisional Joint Registrar is already executed and the inspection of the Digitally signed by SHUBHADA SHANKAR KADAM Date:

Though learned counsel for the petitioner opposes the said submission by contending that this inspection has not been done in pursuance of the order impugned, this Court prima facie at this stage is not inclined to accept the said submission. Hence, issue notice to the respondents returnable on 1st October 2004.

Mr. Patil, learned AGP, waives service on behalf of respondent Nos.1 and 2 and Mr. Rajeshirke, learned counsel, waives service on behalf of respondent No.3.

Learned AGP to instruct the concerned authority to place on record entire proceedings for the perusal of the Court to ascertain whether the inspection has been taken of the record of the Society pursuant to the order passed by the Deputy Registrar confirmed by the Divisional Joint Registrar.
