Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though application for maintenance was filed in the year 2019, the same was not pressed till 2024. He has also drawn attention of the Court to document placed on record which according to him indicates that the respondent has remarried and there is son begotten from the said second marriage. Having regard to this fact, there shall be stay to the impugned order dated 02.08.2024, till next date of hearing.
