Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that apart from the fact that the provisions of the Right to Information Act 2005 would not apply to the petitioner, the Second Appellate Authority while passing the impugned order dated 3rd August 2023 has failed to take into consideration the objection raised with regard privileged communication between the advocate and the client. It is his submission that without recording any findings on this objection, the impugned order came to be passed. The petitioner, therefore, has made out prima facie arguable case before this Court.
