Pursuant to the order dated 12th September 2024, the learned Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that the Revision Application would be decided by the State Government within a period of six months.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have filed a stay application along with the Revision Application seeking interim relief.

(a) The petitioners' prayer for interim relief shall be considered by the State Government on its own merits and in accordance with law within a period of three weeks from today.

(b) The Revision Application shall be considered on its own merits within a period of six months from today. (c) The petitioners to serve copy of this order on respondent nos.2 to 12 to enable them to take appropriate steps before the State Government. 4.
