It appears from the record that the PetitionerKamleshkumar V. Sarode is appearing in person. 2.

The Committee of the learned Registrars has tendered a report dated 31st August, 2024 which indicates that the Committee has formed an opinion that he is not in a position to assist the Court. 3.

On 9th September, 2024, this Court [Coram: Nitin Jamdar (as His Lordship then was) and M.M.Sathaye, JJ.] recorded the absence of the Petitioner and passed an order for listing the

On 19th December, 2024, it was adjourned to 21st January, 2025. On the said date, the Petitioner-in-person moved a handwritten Application to the Bench seeking circulation in the matter. He was granted circulation for today and the matter is at serial No.23 in the daily main cause list.

Today, none appears for the Petitioner, either in person or through the video conferencing mode. His name was pronounced in the open Court.

To grant one more opportunity to the Petitioner, we are listing this Petition on 4th February, 2025 for dictating the dismissal order.
