DATE : 09 SEPTEMBER 2024 P.C. :- The Petitioners have sought a direction to the Respondents to appoint the Petitioners as untrained graduate teachers on the post stated to be vacant of VI to VIII classes in the schools of Zilla Parishads in the State of Maharashtra. This relief is far to generalized and we do not find any communication by which the Petitioners' claims have been negatived.

Therefore, the Petitioners would first approach the concerned authority which is in a position to grant relief to the Petitioners and after the representation is so made, the concerned authority will look into the same and take necessary decision as per law. As to what would be the decision to be taken, we leave it to the authorities to take depending on the facts and circumstances and the legal position. 3.

Writ Petition is disposed of.
