The challenge raised in this writ petition is to the order dated 11th October 2023 passed by the Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate under Section 14 of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002. 2.

Since an alternate remedy by way of approaching the Debts Recovery Tribunal is available, we are not inclined to entertain the writ petition. Keeping all points raised open, the writ petition is disposed of as not entertained.
