The Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of Respondent Nos.1 and 2 has tendered affidavits-in-reply dated 19th September, 2024 and 21st September, 2024. The same are taken on record. 3.

Mr. Cama, the Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioners tenders an additional affidavit dated 24th September, 2024. The said affidavit has already been served on all the Respondents. The same is also taken on record.

At the request of the Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of Respondent No.3, we place the above matter on Board on 3rd December, 2024 under the caption for direction. 5.

We put the parties to notice that we may dispose of the Writ Petition at this stage itself, time permitting. 6.
