The learned advocate appearing on behalf of the Petitioner brought to the attention of the Court that by order dated 28th November 2024 the Petitioner was directed to carry out amendments as per the draft handed in and taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. He submitted that in the draft handed in there was one typographical mistake. The prayer ought to have been numbered as "B-1" instead of "C". He state that there is no other change. He has tendered a fresh draft amendment.

Considering these circumstances, the draft amendment tendered today is taken on record and marked "X-1" for identification. The Petitioner is directed to carry out the amendment as per the draft handed in today forthwith in front of the Associate. Re-verification is dispensed with.

It is needless to clarify that the rest of the order of 28th November 2024 shall continue.
