The petitioner seeks admission in the undergraduate MBBS Course pursuant to having appeared in the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test - 2024. The Disability Certificate issued to her by the respondent no.5 - College on 26th August 2024 is not in accordance with the format prescribed under the admission brochure by the fourth respondent - State CET Cell. The petitioner, therefore,

Diksha Rane 502. WP 12635-24.doc apprehends that her admission could be cancelled. The petitioner has been provisionally admitted to the said Course under the Persons with Disability Quota.

Put up for further consideration on 6th September 2024. 4.

The petitioner shall forthwith attend the respondent no.5 - College and have herself examined for issuance of a Disability Certificate in the format which is at Appendix-VIII-A. Till the said date, the petitioner's admission shall not be cancelled on the ground that she has not furnished the requisite Disability Certificate. 5.

Learned Additional Government Pleader to communicate this order.
