On 4th September, 2024, a direction was issued to the Petitioner to appear before the Respondent No.5-College, so as to undergo examination for issuance of a Disability Certificate in the format which is at Appendix VIII-A. It was directed that the Petitioner's 1/2 ADN
914-2p.2635.2024.doc admission to the MBBS course should not be cancelled for failure to submit a Disability Certificate.

The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the petitioner had appeared before the Respondent No.5-College and that an admission and retention acknowledgment was issued to her stating that the Online PWD Certificate had not been generated. However, her admission has not been cancelled. The learned Additional Government Pleader submits that the Petitioner would be required to appear before the Medical Board to enable the Board to examine her and issue her a Disability Certificate. 3.
In view of aforesaid, the Petitioner shall appear before the Medical Board constituted by the Competent Authority through the Respondent No.5-College on 9th September, 2024. The Medical Board shall examine the Petitioner and issue her certificate in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. 5.
