The learned counsel for the petitioner by placing reliance on the order dated 14/06/2024 passed in Writ Petition No.2919 of 2008 (Accentuate Developers Pvt. Ltd. Vs. Anushool Metals Pvt. Ltd & Ors.) submits that against the order dated 19/08/2024 passed by the District Deputy Registrar under Section 156 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act 1960 read with Rule 107

(14) of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Rules, the remedy of filing revision application is not available. Hence that order has been challenged in this writ petition.
