The learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the Petitioner submitted that he seeks to withdraw the above Writ Petition with liberty to file afresh as there are several mistakes in the above Petition and in fact, the main prayer clause challenging the Order of the Competent Authority has been missed out in the above Writ Petition.
