Mr. Sinha, learned Counsel appearing for Respondent No.1M.C.G.M. states that thereafter on 2nd January 2025, a communication has been sent by the learned Advocate for the Petitioner giving four different suggestions for settling the dispute. He states that in view of said proposals, it is necessary to take Dusane
