Sonali Mane P1-WP-12676-2024.doc 4) Accordingly, it is clarified that the Respondent shall be entitled to withdraw the entire amount deposited in Writ Petition No. 13369 of 2018 alongwith accrued interest. 5) At this stage, Mr. Kulkarni, the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner would submit that Petitioner is desirous of challenging the judgment of this Court before the Hon'ble Apex Court and would pray for stay on withdrawal of the deposited amount for a period of four weeks. The prayer is opposed by the learned counsel appearing for Respondent. In that view of the matter, the Registry shall permit withdrawal of the amount after period of two weeks.
