The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that on 29th August, 2024, the Tahsildar has issued a notice seeking to implement the order passed under Section 14 of the Securitisation And Reconstruction Of Financial Assets And Enforcement Of Security Interest Act, 2002. However, the Circle Officer has been sub delegated the authority to execute the said order. According to the learned counsel for the Petitioner, such course is impermissible and it would be necessary for the Tahsildar to execute the said order. The learned Assistant Government Pleader seeks time to obtain necessary instructions and to consider if the said the order can be rectified. 2.
