In view of the praecipe filed, the sentences appearing in paragraph No. 5 i.e. last line on page No. 2 and first five lines on page No. 3 required to be corrected as under:- Sentences appearing in paragraph No. 5 Corrected with .....This fact is refuted by Mr. Tajane stating that it is not a sale deed but in fact it is a gift deed registered by Smt.
Vasantidevi Atmaram Goel in favour of Kanhayalal Shammomal Valecha. That may not be true considering that the gift deed is in fact dated 03.12.2007 in favour of Petitioner before me which is also duly registered document under which Petitioner claims entitlement.....
