Though the learned counsel for the Petitioner has sought to make out urgency for granting ex-party stay. Perusal of the order passed by the Education Secondary, Zilla Parishad, Ratnagiri, District-Ratnagiri (Page No.92) indicates that the process of recruitment of the teacher has been stayed. There is nothing on record to indicate that this order taken exception before any Competent Authority.

In view of the order passed by the Education Officer there is no reason to pass ex-party order without hearing Respondents. Hence, issue notice to the Respondents, returnable on 26th September 2024.
