2) Issue notice to the Respondents returnable on 11 March 2024. Learned AGP waives notice on behalf of Respondent No.2. 3) It is the case of the Petitioner-Management that services of Respondent-employee were never terminated and he was merely suspended on account of his involvement in criminal case. Till the next date of hearing, the order dated 28 February 2024 passed by the School Tribunal shall not be executed subject to the condition that the Petitioner deposits in this Court the amount of subsistence allowance payable to Respondent No.1-employee from May 2021 till February 2025 on/or before 28 February 2025. List the petition on 11 March 2025.
