The Petitioners herein have restricted the prayer only to the extent that the communication forwarded by the Deputy Director of Education, Pune, to the Chief Secretary, School Education and Sports Department, Mantralaya, Mumbai, dated 9th May 2023, be processed as expeditiously as possible and, in any case, within a period of 6 months.

In the light of the restricted prayer made by the Petitioners, the Petition stands disposed of with a direction that the Chief Secretary, School Education and Sports Department, Mantralaya, Mumbai, shall process and dispose of the proposal forwarded by the Deputy Director of Education, Pune, dated 9th May 2023, within a period of 6 months.
