DATE : MARCH 24, 2026 ORDER :- Pursuant to the order passed by this court on 10.03.2026, Mrs.Gunjal, learned AGP has placed on record a communication dated 23.03.2026 under the signature of the Commissioner, Disabilities Welfare Commissionerate. The said communication is taken on record and marked as "X" for identification. It appears that the Commissioner has recorded that report of removal of irregularities dated 19.03.2020 was submitted subsequent to the cancellation of the registration. It is further observed that the record does not reveal any report pursuant to the order dated 19.03.2020 has been received from the District Officer to the Office of the Commissioner.

Mrs. Gunjal, learned AGP seeks time to take additional instructions to file reply affidavit. Stand over to 07.04.2026. 3.

The petitioner may file copies of the report on which the petitioner relies upon to establish that the petitioner has removed all the discrepancies. If said documents are filed by the petitioner, the respondent/authorities and particularly the office of the Commissioner, Disabilities Welfare Commissionerate, shall accept them. The competent authority is at liberty to verify the genuineness and fruitfulness of that report.
