The limited prayer made by the petitioner is for consideration of the representation dated 18/06/2024 made by him before the Collector, Kolhapur in the matter of illegal excavation of minerals in land Survey No.259 situated at village Shiye Tal. Karveer, Dist. Kolhapur. It is his case that the aforesaid land has been alloted for rehabilitation of flood affected persons and undertaking such activities would cause prejudice. 2.

In the light of aforesaid, the respondent no.2-Collector to consider the petitioner's representation dated 18/06/2024 on its own merits and take appropriate steps in accordance with law. The needful be done within a period of eight weeks of receiving copy of 1/2
