The only relief sought by the petitioners is for expeditious consideration of the revision application that has been preferred by them being aggrieved by the order dated 25/08/2023 passed by the Additional Commissioner Konkan Division in proceedings under Section 257 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code 1966. 2.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that the revision application would be considered on its own merit and decided in accordance with law within a period of three months of receipt of the order.

In view of aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent no.6 to decide the said revision application within a period of three months of receipt of this order. 1/2
