The writ petition as well as the interim application are taken up for consideration. The only prayer pressed by the learned counsel for the petitioner in the writ petition is prayer clause (a) which seeks expeditious hearing of Interim Application No.337 of 2024 that has been filed in Securitization Application No.53 of 2021. Considering the nature of reliefs sought in the interim application in the light of letters / notices dated 31st December 2024 and 10th January 2025 issued by the Co-operative Housing Society, it is directed that Interim Application No.337 of 2024 be heard and decided on its own merits within a period of six weeks from today. In addition, the parties are at liberty to make a request before the Debts Recovery Tribunal to expeditiously decide Securitization Application no.53 of 2021. By clarifying that all points on merits are kept open, the writ petition as well as interim application are disposed of.
