Learned Counsel appearing for Respondent No. 2 on instructions submits that the proceedings filed by the Petitioner are now numbered as Criminal Misc. Application No. 1097 of 2024. The said proceedings have been kept on 25th November 2024 for verification. 2.

In view of the aforesasid, it is directed that the aforesaid proceedings shall be decided expeditiously keeping in view the time frame indicated in the proviso to Section 14(1) of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002. The Writ Petition is disposed of with aforesaid directions. 2.
