The challenge raised is to the order dated 21st August, 2024 appointing an administrator on the school run by the Educational Society-Petitioner which claims to be recognized linguistic minority. By referring the provisions of Section 12 of the Maharashtra Educational Institutions (Management) Act, 1976, it is submitted that the provisions of the said Act would not be applicable to the petitioner.
