The petitioner seeks admission in the undergraduate MBBS Course pursuant to having appeared in the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test - 2024. The Disability Certificate issued to the petitioner on 19th August 2024 is not in accordance with the format prescribed under the admission brochure by the State - CET Cell. 2.

In view of aforesaid, the petitioner is permitted to appear at the Ali Yavar Jung National Institute of Speech and Hearing Disabilities, Bandra, Mumbai and have himself examined for seeking issuance of a Disability Certificate in the format which is at AppendixVIII-A. Till the next date, the petitioner's admission shall not be
