In the order dated 17th October 2024 following corrections shall be incorporated.
(i) In paragraph 1 after the first sentence, following sentence shall be added:
"The relevant decisions of the Supreme Court in that regard are sought to be relied."
(ii) In paragraph 2 the word "governance"
shall be substituted by the words "any averments".
(iii) In paragraph 3, the first three lines shall read as follows, "We have perused the Interim Application and we do not find any legal ground to support the prayer for intervention. In absence of any locus of the applicant being indicated, the prayer cannot be granted." Similarly in the 5th line of same paragraph the word "is" shall be deleted and in its place words "was the" shall be added.
(iv) Paragraph 4 of the said order shall be substituted by the following paragraph:
"4. It would however be open for the applicant to assist the respondents who oppose the prayers made in the Writ 2/3
Petition."

The necessary corrections be carried out and the corrected order be uploaded.
