The only relief in this Petition is to direct the 2nd Respondent Corporation to decide Petitioners representation dated 18 July 2024 at Exhibit 'C' of this Petition within some reasonable period.

The learned Counsel for the 2nd Respondent Corporation states that such representation will be disposed of within four

906-ASWP-12835-2024.DOCX weeks, i.e., 9 October 2024 from today after giving an opportunity of hearing to the Petitioner and the Respondents No. 3 and 4. The decision should be communicated to the parties within a week, i.e., 16 October 2024 thereafter. 4.

By accepting the statement, we dispose of this Petition. If any of the parties are aggrieved by the corporation's decision, they would be at liberty to challenge the same in accordance with law.
